The rest of 57 species are venomous snakes on land. However, the number of snakes that can live on land, only 30 species can cause death or disability.

On the other story, Indonesian people interest have been increasing rapidly to keep snakes as pets, including the venomous snakes.

A photographic guide to identify snakes species in Indonesia, has never been around before. It is urgently required to have a practical and easy guide to understand by using snake photography.
